Can any Pokemon reach 5000 CP?

Slaking is the singular Pokemon in the entire game (as of 11 April 2021) with a max CP of over 5,000.

Slaking has my highest CP over 4,000, but my 3,662 Tyranitar is likely me strongest Pokémon.

Mewtwo stats
