What episode does ichigo train to control his hollow?
Ichigo, complete Hollowfication!? is the one hundred and twenty-third episode of the Bleach anime. Ichigo Kurosaki begins training to control his inner Hollow.
As the Visored take turns fighting his Hollowfied body, Ichigo battles Zangetsu in his inner world and learns that the latter acquired Shikai, Bankai, and Getsuga Tenshō alongside him. Eventually, Ichigo defeats Zangetsu and regains control of his body while gaining the ability to manually summon his Hollow mask.
Hollow Ichigo slashes a shocked Byakuya across the chest, laughing maniacally, but his true consciousness manages to regain control before his opponent is killed. Nevertheless, this fight is won only because of the Hollow.

1) Yhwach. The Son of the Soul King, Yhwach, is the most powerful character in Bleach. He is the progenitor of Quincy.
The red/black stripes on Ichigo's Hollow mask changed in thickness after he subjugated his Hollow, covering almost the entirety of the mask's left half during his third battle with Grimmjow Jaegerjaquez. 3rd Mask: During Ichigo's fight with Ulquiorra, it changed to a mask that resembles a Human skull with two horns.
During the Quincy Blood War, Ichigo is fighting with Yhwach, the Emperor of Wandenreich and the usurper of the Soul King's powers. Ichigo's original Shikai reveals itself and he impales Yhwach and destroys him with a Getsuga Tensho. This is Ichigo's final battle.
This is just Ichigo when he unlocked the powers of a hollow with a mask, he could only wear it for 5 minutes.
After sifting through his newly discovered heritage, Ichigo was left with a two-sworded Zanpakuto release. When the hero finally unleashed his new Bankai against the villain Yhwach, the two blades merged into a black-and-white khyber knife blade which promptly got wrecked.

#13: Hitsugaya
I consider Hitsugaya the weakest of the captains simply because he is the youngest - when Bleach begins, his bankai isn't fully mature yet, and it tends to break whenever he uses it.
Ulquiorra was always seen as a powerful enemy, but it was in his clash with Ichigo at Hueco Mundo that he released his final form, enhancing all of his capabilities and dominating against Ichigo.
6 Stronger than him: Ex-Captain Sosuke Aizen, The Traitor
Under ordinary circumstances, ex-Captain Sosuke Aizen can wipe the floor with Ichigo, and his abilities definitely outclass Ichigo's own.
Ichigo got his hollow powers through his mother Masaki Kurosaki, but she was not an Arrancar. Masaki was Quincy, who left Sternritter's side and wanted to spend the rest of her life with Ichigo's father Isshin Kurosaki, who was the captain of 13 Court Guard Squads.
To be fair, Hollow Ichigo is so powerful because he has all of Ichigo's raw, untapped power to freely use. Including Ichigo's Quincy and Shinigami powers, which are normally surpressed by the old man. If he was just a pure Hollow, he might likely be a lot weaker.
Meaning he is a combination of Full Bringer, Quincy, and captain class Soul Reaper. From other various Bleach literature, Black Vasto Lordes, are on a whole different level than white ones, example: Ulquiorra and Hallibel.

Later, during the forging of Ichigo's new Zanpakutō, Nimaiya reveals this happened because Zangetsu is Ichigo's real Zanpakutō, for the inner Hollow inherited from his mother fused with his Shinigami powers and became his Zanpakutō.
Why is Bleach called Bleach?
The first title he came up with was Black, but as he explained in an interview, he felt that it was too simple a title, as was the inversion,"White." So, Kubo changed "White" to Bleach, referring to how he "bleached" the black clothes of the Reapers to give his new shonen manga an unexpected name. .
It was revealed that hollow ichigo is the real zangestu and is the true soruce of ichigo shinigami powers. Yawach zangetsu (fake zangetsu and manifestation of quincy powers) was supreessing hollow ichigo ( real zangetsu ) because he did want ichigo to become a shingami.
The Menos Grande are gigantic and powerful Hollows that can even give experienced Soul Reapers the fight of their lives. Much like regular Hollows, Menos Grande can take on many different forms, all of which have devastatingly high spiritual power.
After revealing himself as the manifestation of Ichigo's Quincy powers, Zangetsu states that he originally did not wish for Ichigo to become a Shinigami, and did everything within his power to suppress his true potential.
